"Excellent hotel "Ans". Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on check-in and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again. The staff of the hotel were very good and cooperative.

located on main road the hotel is nice to stay. room service needs to improve rest all is good. food quality / staff behavior/ breakfast / room size / maintenance all is good. some renovation work was going on when I stayed but overall a good stay.

Super bad hospitality and management The rooms are not up to the mark and was made to change the room at 11.30pm because of the door lock issue and then in the second room ac wasn’t working. The cafe staff had the audacity to come to me in the very first second after ordering a cold coffee to inform that it will come with an extra charge but they dint have enough resources to provide us with a Masala dosa and the coffee for next 25 mins when we were the only 4 people having breakfast. It took me more than 20 mins to complete the checkout formalities also. Overall the staff isn’t equipped / trained to operate such a property we were completely not satisfied with the service, hospitality and management.

i stayed here on a night with wedding in the hotel. Music and drums were being played till late. The bed sheet and pillow covers were old and stained. The ac was working perfectly. bathrooms were decently clean.
